Circleville Native Steps Into Key Leadership Role at Uptown Circleville

New Executive Director aims to build a stronger, more connected Uptown district

Circleville, OH – December 17, 2025 – Uptown Circleville has named local resident Shawna Hartsaugh in the role of Executive Director. Hartsaugh will lead efforts to strengthen Uptown’s role in the heart of the community, focusing on economic growth, cultural vitality, and local partnerships.

A passionate advocate for community development, Hartsaugh brings extensive experience in event planning, volunteer leadership, and philanthropy. Her vision aligns with Uptown Circleville’s mission to create a vibrant district that benefits residents and businesses alike.
